PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the Site

The Site includes our websites and web applications, including any subdomains or web properties we operate that link to this Privacy Policy, where you can create an account, subscribe, and manage your subscription. When you visit or use the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information."

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

- "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

- "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information."

When you use the App

The App does not allow account creation or in-app purchases. If you sign in to the App using an existing account, we and our service providers process information necessary to authenticate you and provide the service, such as:

- Account credentials (e.g. email address and authentication via our systems or third-party sign-in providers). - If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive from the provider the information you allow (such as name and email address) in accordance with that provider's privacy policy. - Device information (e.g. device type, operating system) to operate the App and troubleshoot issues. - Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications, so we can send you in-app notifications.

We use Firebase for authentication. Payment and subscription management (including cancellation) are handled on the Site; we do not collect payment details inside the App.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean Device Information, Order Information, and the account and app-related information described above.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use Order Information to: communicate with you; screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use the information we collect through the App to authenticate you, provide the App's features, send you push notifications if you have enabled them, and to improve and secure our service.

We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. These include:

- Site: Google Analytics (see below), payment processors such as Stripe for orders placed on the Site, and other service providers that assist in running the Site. - App: Authentication providers (e.g. Google, Facebook, Firebase) to enable sign-in; and service providers that host or operate our backend services.

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you (in accordance with your preferences and applicable law).

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information below.

Account and data deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can do this through the account deletion option in the App (under account or profile settings), through any of our web applications on the Site, or by contacting us at hello@goopss.com. We will process your request in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable law.

If you are in the European Economic Area, we process your information to fulfill contracts we have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site) or to pursue our legitimate business interests as described above. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. We retain account and App-related personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service, and thereafter as required by law or until you request deletion of your account and associated data.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
